The Alberta Courts website contains a searchable database of most of the judgments of the Court of Appeal, Court of Queen's Bench, and Provincial Court released after January 1, 1998 (no Queen's Bench family law decisions were added to the database after June 5, 2002). When possible, judgments are posted within 48 hours of their issuance.
The Rules of Court of the Court of Appeal are available on the website. Decisions of the Court of Appeal, Court of Queen's Bench, Provincial Court since January 1, 1998 as well as some prior decisions are also available on CanLII. Practice rules are provided on CanLII.
